Lane Financial takes complaints very seriously.  If you have any complaints about any of our services, please contact us on 03 9761 0818 or at contact@lanefinacnial.com.au Please provide as much information as possible, so we can respond and possibly resolve things faster.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as practicable.  We will also do our best to resolve your complaint as soon as possible, and within 30 days.  Our response will be provided in writing, and we will inform you of the outcome of your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority Limited (AFCA).  AFCA’s contact details are provided below.
